stracciatella Muffins
250g flour
2 ½ teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
50g chocolate drops
100g Marzipan almond paste
100g soft butter or margarine
80g icing sugar
1 pk vanilla sugar
1 egg
200 ml milk
For the cast:
200g whole milk chocolate coating
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
the flour with the baking powder into a bowl and mix with salt and chocolate drops.
The Marzipan almond paste with the fat stir smooth, then powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and milk add.
The flour-chocolate mixture to lift and pour the batter into the muffin cups.
